Elena Savina joined the Regroup team in the fall of 2024 as a consultant for the ’Technology, Media and Telecommunications’ practice.
Before joining Regroup, Elena was responsible for recruiting senior and middle-level executives at a boutique consulting agency in the ’Marketing, Media, Technology’ practice. Subsequently, she was in charge of executive hiring at Yandex, a large international IT company. During her career, Elena successfully implements projects to search for candidates for such top positions as CMO, COO, Country Director (Ridetech), CCO, Sales Director, Creative Director, GR, etc.
Elena graduated from the Geological and Geographic Faculty of the Southern Federal University with a degree in ’Geologist’. In 2022, she completed training and certification at the International Erickson Coaching University.
