Olga joined the Regroup team in 2018 as a Partner. In 2025 Olga headed Banking and Financial Institutions Practice. Her expertise helps the company develop work with clients in banking and financial sector, IT, industry, logistics, transport and infrastructure projects.
Before joining Regroup, Olga was a partner at the international consulting company Zoom Executive Search/Boyden, led projects in the financial sector, as well as logistics, infrastructure and IT. Olga came to consulting related to the formation of management teams from business, where she built her career in the banking and investment sectors, and in the last 8 years she headed the investment company Sovlink — one of the market leaders. Olga has her own entrepreneurial experience, which allows her to subtly feel the needs of clients and find non-standard management solutions.
Olga is a professional Executive coach, a member of the International Association of Coaches (PCC ICF), a member of the Association of Psychoanalytic Coaching and Business Consulting (APCBK), a member of the International Society for Psychoanalytic Studies of Organizations (ISPSO).
Olga graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in Economics.Completed her Master’s degree at the Higher School of Economics, Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Business Consulting. In 2019, she completed a coaching certification course at the International Erickson Coaching Institute and successfully completed the Psychology program at the University of California (Irvine, USA). In 2022, she completed a course on developing interpersonal communication skills at Stanford University (California, USA).
Fluent in English and French.
