Anna Koff

Anna joined Regroup in 2002. She works with a wide range of Russian and multinational state-owned, public and private enterprises.

Within her accountability is recruitment and assessment of CEOs and C-suite executives, non-executive directors and advisors of Boards of Directors. Industrial Practice overseen by Anna actively cooperate with client organizations that are targeted at transformation — first and foremost, digital transformation.

She is actively engaged in executive assessment projects jointly with the Leadership & Talent Consulting Practice colleagues.

Prior to joining Regroup, Anna spent 9 years with Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles.

Anna graduated from the Department of History, Lomonosov Moscow State University.

She is fluent in English.
