Vera Nigmatullina

Vera Nigmatullina joined the Regroup team in spring 2025. She brings extensive experience in consulting, business leadership, and human capital management. Her professional background includes key roles at Ward Howell, VimpelCom, VDL BV (Volga-Dnepr Group), and AMC Consulting.
Vera has successfully led projects in company formation, business process development and implementation, and strategic planning. During her tenure at Ward Howell, she completed numerous executive search mandates across industries such as telecommunications, media, heavy industry, FMCG, and logistics. She also contributed to leadership assessment initiatives, executive education programs, career advisory services, and compensation benchmarking projects.
At VDL BV (Volga-Dnepr), she played an instrumental role in building the company’s investment office from the ground up, including the establishment of both the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board.
As Executive Director at AMC Consulting, Vera was responsible for launching and scaling the firm’s international consulting operations, focusing on management consulting, HR advisory, financial, and legal consulting across key regions including the UAE, Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, and China.
She graduated with honors from Ulyanovsk State University (a branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University) and pursued further studies at MGIMO and INSEAD. Vera has also completed professional training in Germany and the United States.
She is fluent in English and German.
