Yuliya Erygina joined Regroup team in summer 2025.
Yuliya continues her career in executive search and responsible for the search and selection of top managers and HR surveys for the fuel & energy, heavy industry, mining & metallurgy, mechanical engineering, pulp & paper , chemical industries, transport & logistics, industrial services and infrastructure. Yulya’s combination of management and consulting experience helps her find innovative solutions to the challenges facing her clients.
Yuliya has 16+ years of successful experience in leadership positions in HR consulting; her professional background includes key roles in ANCOR company where she was responsible for business development, managed teams of recruitment consultants. Yuliya has successfully implemented a project to transform the Talent Mapping service into an independent product.
She widely participates in discussion panels, an invited speaker at specialized events.
She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Modern Humanitarian University, Moscow.
Yuliya pursued further studies the Executive MBA Program, SHIDLER College of Business, Hawaii University, USA.
She is fluent in English.
