Valentina joined Regroup in January 2026 as a Senior Consultant within the Banking and Financial Institutions practice.
Prior to joining Regroup, Valentina was the Executive Search Project Manager at a major industrial holding company "Basic Element, managing projects in the financial sector, logistics, agriculture, development, infrastructure, IT and building management teams for various businesses. Valentina joined the holding after ten years of experience in HR consulting — ANCOR, where she was responsible for business development, managing teams of recruitment consultants, and managing mid-level and top-level manager search projects for Russian and international IT companies and financial sector companies.
Valentina graduated from I.S. Turgenev Oryol State University with a degree in Management and Human Resources Management. In 2025 she completed the ICF career coaching certification course.
