Anton Titkov joined Regroup in early 2026 as a Partner in the Retail, E-Commerce, and Consumer Markets practice.
Anton has over 20 years of experience in corporate HR. During his career, he focused on integrating telecom assets and launching a large retail project at MTS and AFK Sistema. He also created a fully functional automated HR center and services for employees and business executives at ABB in Russia.
During his 10 years at PepsiCo, he successfully managed the transformation of operating models for corporate functions and business units. As Senior Director of Human Resources, he managed the creation and development of end-to-end supply chains across a vast territory of emerging markets. He also led executive search projects for key management roles, and created an effective talent management system in a business cluster in Russia and the CIS countries.
He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Moscow Humanitarian University, specializing in human resources management, received an MBA from the Moscow International Higher School of Business, specializing in strategic management, holds a Hogan assessment systems certificate, and diplomas from the American Institute IPEC: Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS), Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
