Anna joined Regroup in spring of 2026 as a Consultant in the Retail, E-commerce, and Consumer Goods Practice.
With over 15 years of experience in executive search industry, Anna specializes in headhunting and assessing top managers for companies across retail and e-commerce, the agricultural, banking, and industrial sectors, as well as healthcare, pharmaceuticals. She has successfully managed assignments in both local markets (Russia & CIS) and complex international locations, including Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to joining Regroup, Anna served as a Consultant at the international firm Alexander Hughes, and before that, she spent more than 10 years building her career at Pedersen & Partners, a leading global executive search agency.
Anna holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Philology from Moscow State Pedagogical University. She speaks English and German.
