Yuri Bocharov

Yuri joined the Regroup team at the beginning of 2020. As a partner in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice he is engaged in business development in the sector, manages projects for searching, attracting and evaluating professionals and company executives in this segment, as well as developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Yuri leads search projects for CEO, CCO, COO, HRD, CIO, CPO, CDO and other key managerial positions in Russian and international companies.

Cross-industrial Yuri specializes in searching for CIO/CTO and HRD in all sectors of the economy.

Before Regroup, Yuri was involved in the selection of senior and middle managers in a large British recruiting company in the Information Technology, Internet, Media practice.

Graduated from Moscow State Industrial University (Moscow State Industrial University) with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering. In 2023 Yuri completed Systemic Executive coaching programme. Hogan certified (Assessment & Advanced Feedback Certification (2024)).
