Alexandra Dyatlova

Alexandra joined Regroup’s team in 2016 as a Consultant within the Consumer, Retail & Digital Practice. In 2026 Alexandra was promoted to the position of Senior Cosultant Technology and Digital Practice.

She has a track record of successfully accomplished projects for various organizations, including online stores, multinational and domestic consumer goods companies, federal and regional retailers, technology companies.

Alexandra is focused on addressing the client’s business needs and utilizes a cross-industry approach to finding the best solution. Her search geography spreads beyond Russia and includes the CIS, Europe, or worldwide depending on the client’s assignment.

Alexandra embarked upon executive search in 2011. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for a large Russian search company and was responsible for consumer sector executive search.

Alexandra received her degree in psychology with a specialization in business psychology from the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

She is fluent in English.
